Monash University Researchers Seeking Participants in Research Project on International Graduate Employability

莫纳什大学研究人员招募参与者参与有关国际毕业生就业能力的研究项目

Monash University researchers are currently seeking participants in a research project on international graduate employability.

This study, which focuses on Chinese and Vietnamese graduates who have completed Australian Master’s and/or PhD degrees, aims to understand their challenges and how they respond to them to navigate the Australian labour market in their short-term and long-term career development strategies.

Your participation in this project could inspire meaningful changes in the field, considering the improvement of international graduates’ policies and employability trajectories in Australia.

Please participate in the research if:

  1. You are Vietnamese or Chinese, graduated Master/PhD/higher levels from an Australian university;
  2. You are living inside or outside Australia;
  3. Work experience in the Australian labour market after graduation: at least 3 months on part-time, full-time, casual or seasonal contracts or starting up your business in your home country or Australia.

Participants will be offered a gift voucher valued at AUD$25 if they complete a survey linked below and AUD$50 for the individual interview. The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete. The individual interview takes 30-45 minutes and will be held online (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, Zalo, Viber, Skype) or onsite at your convenience.

Please feel free to forward this to your friends and colleagues interested in participating in this research, which will remain confidential. Link to the Survey: https://monash.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_baxGsVSsOFGhL4W
