We would like to invite you to take part in a pedestrian safety survey, conducted by researchers at RMIT University in collaboration with CCCAV.
The study involves reviewing pedestrian safety bilingual educational materials (short videos and a poster), which will take about 10–15 minutes, and then completing a short anonymous survey that will take another 10-15 minutes. The survey will ask for your feedback on the materials and your views on pedestrian safety.
Participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous. You do not need to provide your name or any personal details in the survey, and choosing not to participate will not affect your relationship with [Partner Organisation name] in any way.
As a thank you, participants who complete the survey will have the option to enter a separate prize draw to win one of ten (10) $100 electronic gift cards. Entry into the prize draw is voluntary, and your survey responses will remain completely anonymous.
